Submit a support case

To submit a support case, either:
  • In , in the left navigation, click and then click Submit a ticket in the menu.
  • Log in to the Support site, click your profile icon in the top right, and then click Submit Case.
When submitting a support case, provide as much detail as possible about the issue that has occurred. Our AI Support Assistant will suggest additional resources that may help you to resolve your issue. If these suggestions do not resolve your issue, continue submitting a case and our Support team will help. To view any open support cases you have, in , click and then click View existing tickets.
